Description
Different from the direct discharge vibrating sieve, the airflow screen is not a vibrating device, which greatly prolongs the service life of the screen. The inlet and outlet are not on a vertical line, but the inlet is at the front end, and the finished material outlet is at the bottom of the machine, making the connection between upstream and downstream equipment more flexible.
How it works
Centrifugal sifter, we also call airflow sifter, its working principle is also very simple, the product is input from the feed port, through the feed port screw conveyor, mixed with the airflow into the sifter chamber, through the fan rotor blade in the cylinder, the material is in the centrifugal force and Under the action of the cyclone thrust, it contacts with the screen, and the fine material passes through the screen and is discharged from the main discharge port, while the coarse material is discharged from the end discharge port along the cylinder wall.between upstream and downstream equipment more flexible.
