Ultrasonic vibrating screen
The ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen is an upgraded version of the standard vibrating screen. The cleaning device is changed from bouncing balls to ultrasonic device, which is composed of an ultrasonic controller, a converter and ultrasonic wire cables.
Ultrasonic vibrating sieve is mainly used for fine screening for powder finer than 60mesh.

What it does
Ultrasonic screening system is a simple, practical and reliable screening system, and it is the most effective solution to the current mesh blockage. It can be widely used in industries such as pharmacy, metallurgy, chemical industry, mineral processing, food and other industries that require fine screening and filtration. Screening problems such as holes are a major technological breakthrough in screening industry.
The ultrasonic screening system is used for screening in the micron range, which can greatly improve the penetration rate of screen materials below 100um.
How it works
The high-frequency electrical oscillations generated by the ultrasonic controller are converted into longitudinal oscillation waves in the form of high-frequency sinusoids by the converter. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonant ring to resonate the resonant ring, and then evenly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonant ring. The materials on the screen are subjected to low-frequency three-dimensional vibration and superimposed with ultrasonic vibration, which can eliminate the blind area and blockage of the screen, and improve the screening output and quality. Especially when using a fine screen for screening, the effect is particularly significant in improving the product throughput.
