This type of crusher belongs to the high-speed crusher. The machine consists of several parts, including a crusher, cyclone separator, dust removal box, and fan. It uses high-speed rotating blades to crush materials. After the material is hit, it is thrown up and collides with the inner wall for secondary crushing. After landing, they were further crushed.
The crushed material enters the cyclone separator for discharge under the action of rotating centrifugal force and the gravity of the fan, and is then blown down by the fan. The flying fine powder enters the pulse dust removal box, is recycled through the filter element, and the grinding fineness is adjusted by replacing different mesh sizes of screens.
The entire machine is designed according to GMP standards, all made of stainless steel, and the production process is dust-free.
