The principle of solid-liquid separator is spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation technologyThe main components are: the body of machine, sieve screen, extrusion screw, gear motor,discharge device and other components. When the cutting feed pump pumps the mixed liquidto the solid-liquid separator through the pipeline, the separator starts, the extrusion screwwill gradually push the mixed liquid to the front of the body, and constantly increase thepressure of the leading edge, forcing the water in the material out of the sieve screen and outof the drain pipe, The work of the extrusion screw is continuous, the material is continuouslypumped into the body, and the pressure of the leading edge continues to increase. When it islarge enough, the discharge port is opened and slag outlet is opened to achieve the purposeof extruding the material.
