Ultrafine pulverizer is a vertical shaft super fine powder pulverizer, can finish at the same time fine crushing and micro power sorting the two processes.

Description of Ultrafine Pulverizer
The material is conveyed by the hopper through the screw into the crushing chamber, and is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blades. The powder passes the guide ring and enters the classification chamber.
Because the classification blade is rotating, the powder flowing into the blade passage is affected by aerodynamic force and centrifugal force at the same time. The particles larger than the critical diameter (grading particle size) of the powder are thrown back to the crushing chamber due to their large mass and continue to be crushed.
The particles smaller than the critical diameter pass through the material pipe and enter the cyclone separator and bag filter through the method of negative pressure air transportation. Then the discharged material can meets the requirements of grinding fineness.
