Problems we meet

Plastic granule manufacturers use plastic extruders in the production process, and the produced granules are melted to form various plastic parts needed in life.

 

Among them, when the plastic particles come out of the plastic extruder, the temperature is very high, reaching 110 degrees, and the particle size is uneven. For the back-end operation, it needs to be screened to remove unnecessary fragments and cool down the plastic particles.

What we did to

For this reason, we have specially developed an air-cooled linear screen. The linear vibrating screen is composed of two layers of perforated sieve plates (according to the particle size required by the customer, sieve plates and screens with different apertures can be installed, connected to the air cooler, and the plastic particles driven by the vibration force generated by the vibration motor, it moves forward in a straight line.

 

The cold air enters from the bottom and passes through the screen. The airflow acts on the material. While screening, the material is cooled and the material is divided into three parts. The finished material at 50-55 degrees is discharged from the middle outlet, and then cooled to room temperature naturally, and then goes to a production process.
