Dust free dumping station, screw conveyor and vibrating screen machine

Dust free dumping station is suitable for small bag feeding in different production site. With manual carry bag on the screen frame and pour material into the machine, fan blower equipped on the top remove dust from top place. Anti-blow system working every several minutes to keep the filters not clogging. Dumping station can be 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm opening. Which is suit for different sifter machines on the bottom and different capacity material feeding.

This production line details

This type dumping station is available to make double side open type. With height customized, its bottom can set direct sifter machine, vacuum conveyors, round vibrating screen machine, screw conveyors, rotary valve and lump breakers. So it can work with different types of conveyors machine easily. In this design, it connected with a lump breaker and connected with a screw conveyor machine. The screw conveyor machine feed to round vibrating sifter machine even. This line capacity can do 2 ton per hour processing based on different materials. All parts can be customized. SUS304 food grade as contact part material meet for GMP standard and suit for food and pharmaceutical applications.
