1.What is Screening Equipment?
A rotary vibrating screen is a machine used to separate one material from another during the screening process. Can be applied to raw materials being refined into finer grades to produce end products that can be used in different industries and applications. The screening equipment can work independently, and can also be used in conjunction with a pulverizer and a conveyor to form a complete set of equipment, so that the material processing process is seamlessly connected.
2.How Does Screening Equipment Work?
Screening equipment machines can run on flat surfaces, which is more suitable for circular vibrating screens or inclined, which are usually used with rectangular units. These rectangular or circular machines, like circular screens, are powered by single or dual motors that generate high energy vibrations that cause particle separation and discharge of oversized and undersized material to collection containers or back into the manufacturing process of ports, sort of like a continuous “loop”.
